Request for Expressions of Interest

Assessment of the Public Procurement System of the Republic of Kazakhstan Using the Methodology for Assessing Procurement Systems (MAPS) (hereinafter – MAPS Assessment in Kazakhstan).

The Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development (hereinafter – the Fund), an international organization acting on the basis of the Agreement on the Establishment of the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development dated June 9, 2009 (as amended), hereby invites you to submit Expressions of Interest in participating in the MAPS Assessment in Kazakhstan as a National Consultant.

A description of the services and the requirements for the National Consultant are provided in the Terms of Reference (Annex No. 1 to this Request).

Deadline for submission of Expressions of Interest: February 23, 2026.
