Iaroslav Mandron has been appointed as the Managing Director of the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development

By the decision of the Council of the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development (EFSD, the Fund), Iaroslav Mandron has been appointed as the Managing Director of the Fund. He succeeds Andrey Shirokov in this position.In his new role, Iaroslav Mandron will focus on developing the EFSD as a leading international institution in the Eurasian region, dedicated to maintaining macroeconomic stability and creating conditions for sustainable development of the Fund's member states.
Prior to his appointment at the EFSD, Iaroslav Mandron served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB). He previously held senior positions at JSC Russian Post and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, where he led work on strategic planning and infrastructure reforms.
