PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT

If as a User you do not agree to any amendments made to the agreement, you may discontinue your access to the Website and the use of its materials at any time.

1. Terms Used in Agreement

1.1. “Website” means a combination of texts, graphic elements, design, images, programme codes, photographs, videos and other results of intellectual activity contained on the Internet under the domain name https://efsd.eabr.org/

1.2. “Website Administrator” means a person authorised to administer the Website.

1.3. “User” means any person that accesses the Website and accepts the terms of this Agreement, whether registered and authorised or not.

2. Use of Personal Data

2.1. By accepting this Agreement, the User provides their consent to the Website Administrator to the processing of their personal data.

2.2. The purposes of personal data processing include registration at the Website, registration for Website events, and advertising.

2.3. The following personal data will be processed:
2.3.1. User’s surname, name and patronymic (if any);
2.3.2. User’s email address; and
2.3.3. User’s telephone number.

2.4. Personal data processing includes collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, refinement (update, alteration), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

2.5. By accepting this Agreement, the User agrees to receive email messages and telephone calls.

2.6. This Personal Data Processing Agreement is unlimited in time, but may we withdrawn by the owner of personal data based on a personal request to be sent to the Website Administrator at web-admin@eabr.org.

2.7. The Website Administrator undertakes to use the User’s personal data received as a result of their use of the Website in accordance with the personal data protection laws of the Eurasian Development Bank’s member states in effect as at the date of processing.
