The EFSD meets with KazAID

In an online meeting between the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development (EFSD) and the Kazakhstan Agency for International Development (KazAID), the organizations discussed their cooperation and interaction in implementing joint projects and programs aimed at sustainable development.

In an online meeting between the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development (EFSD) and the Kazakhstan Agency for International Development (KazAID), the organizations discussed their cooperation and interaction in implementing joint projects and programs aimed at sustainable development. 


During the meeting, both parties presented their current initiatives and priority areas. Andrey Shirokov, EFSD Managing Director, delivered a presentation detailing the fund’s activities and the projects it has implemented. 


Following the meeting, the participants expressed their readiness for collaboration and agreed to sign a Memorandum of Cooperation for Development between the EFSD and KazAID. 


The Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development (EFSD) is a regional financial arrangement totaling over US $9 billion, established in 2009 by the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, and the Republic of Tajikistan. The EFSD aims to promote economic and financial stability in its member states and support their sustainable development.
