In accordance with the Fund's Charter, the governing bodies of the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development (EFSD) are:

- The EFSD Board of Governors is the Fund's highest governing body.

- The EFSD Board of Directors is the Foundation's collegial governing body. The Board of Directors pre-approves the materials submitted to the Board of Governors for consideration.

- The EFSD Board is a permanent collegial executive body of the Fund, accountable to the Board of Directors and the Board of Governors.

- Managing Director of the EFSD.

The EFSD is a full–fledged participant in the regional and global agenda.
