The EFSD working papers are analytical studies of the Fund in the field of global, regional and country economic trends, economic modeling, macroeconomic analysis, the state of macroeconomic, budgetary and debt sustainability, industry analysis, global financial architecture and other issues within the competence of the EFSD.

The EFSD working papers are published in Russian and English and are available to the general public. Reprinting of the text for non-commercial purposes, in whole or in parts, including large fragments, and posting the text on external electronic resources are allowed with a mandatory link to the original text.

The conclusions and interpretation of the facts in the working paper do not necessarily reflect the official position of the EDB, the EFSR Expert Council, the EFSR Council, or the founding States of the EFSR.
