new methodologies and tools for programmatic budgeting
•Implementation and expansion of application of program budgeting principles in 10 ministries and departments
Increasing the human resources capacity of employees of ministries and departments involved in the implementation of budget programs, including:
•training of new methodology for public sector employees
•organizing the exchange of experience and expertise in the field of best practices in public finance management with other member States of the Fund
