The second agreement establishes the legal framework governing the EFSD’s presence and operations in Tajikistan. It sets out the conditions for the Fund’s activities in the country and formalizes its legal status.

The agreements were considered at the first meeting of the third session of the seventh convocation of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.
