During the meeting, participants discussed existing approaches and challenges in portfolio management, presented tools and innovative solutions used within their respective organizations, and shared their experience in using portfolio indicators to support management decisions.

A central topic was the comparative analysis of MDB approaches to portfolio monitoring. Participants discussed the comparability of the indicators used and identified priority metrics for future collaborative work and harmonization.

The event featured a marketplace showcasing examples of digital tools, innovative solutions, and AI applications. The practical part of the meeting involved analyzing real portfolio case studies and collaboratively developing solutions together with specialists from various MDBs.

Following the meeting, participants agreed to continue their collaboration, including through working groups focused on portfolio indicators and benchmarking, digitalization, and artificial intelligence. Plans are also in place to establish a regular exchange of knowledge and practical solutions among the MDBs.
